What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind and a part of everyday life. Whenever the mind wanders, daydreams, or is engrossed in reading a book or watching a movie, we are in a state of hypnosis.

If I'm hypnotised will I give up control and cluck like a chicken?
The first thing you need to understand about hypnosis is, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You will never allow your own values to be compromised. When under trance your unconscious mind is in a heightened state of awareness. Indeed it has been said about hypnosis that it is more about waking people up than putting them to sleep.

How does Hypnosis feel?

As said earlier, hypnosis is a natural state of mind. It is similar to that very relaxing feeling just before you fall asleep at night. Everyone enjoys it differently because everyone relaxes in their own unique way. Most people are surprised at how wonderfully relaxing it is.
